Building forts

Dear EAW players,

Currently I am defending Morhange as CP against the WE. I want to build a fort in this region. The manual says it requires 4 elements of artillery and 2 supply wagons. One of my armies does meet these criteria (I have 4 pieces of Med Art), but the 'constructing fort' button is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong?

You means a redoubt i suppose ?

Check that your leader is active and double check the price in game, manual may not be up to date.

My leader is active. I didnt know the redoubt costs money?! Well of course it makes sense but the game isn't telling me this. According to the game it costs 2 supply wagons and 4 pieces of (which kind, light, medium or heavy?) artillery. I don't see any price
