How to Assign Armies to Army Groups

I just started playing TEAW and I am very satisfied with it. Great game!

I am trying to understand how do Armies get assigned to Army Groups. As the German player in the 1914 Western front campaign, I see that the first five German armies report to OHL led by von Moltke. Those 5 German armies are flashing red when I click on von Moltke, seems to have been set up like this from the start.

Now, how do I assign the VI and VII German armies to Moltke's army group too?

If you select your GHQ (OHL) and hit the shift key, you will see the command range of the GHQ.

To attach VI and VII and VIII on russian front to OHL, you need to move these armies (or at least their commanding officier) very close to the GHQ. Currently they are too far.
Sometimes it is also easier to move the GHQ close to the army instead of the army close to GHQ.

You may not have time to do it early 1914. You still have 24 command point in the army even without the chain of command link.

You will have plenty of time to move things around in winter 1914.
