I play as Austria, and my province Westungarn has a modifier Uprising. Which closes my factories there. How do I end this? I have searched high and low for this.
Any help would be appreciated!

I have had en entire army stationed there, but that does not seem to do anything. But I'll just train som MP brigades and try that. Thx for the info Matto!
By the by, I also had a rebel uprising in Lombardia, But I can't enter the province to take it back, is this something to do with italys unification?
