The prisonners i get from a war are not back home once the peace is signed ????
i have numerous prisonners from several major and minor power in jail even after all wars ended
is that really normal ?

And this could go a long way towards helping an AI country rebuild its army : After trashing Austria in 1805, I had about 80 000 Austrians prisonners. Give thatback to the austrian army upon peace and they have half an armed force there waiting to be supplemented. Now it just goes to the conscript pool, the AI still finds itself needing to build many divisions and other forces, awash with conscripts but lacking gold and WS.
