You seem don't have to use a Ccard:
In the Checkout page, last line of Customer Information, there is a Method of Payment line.

Perhaps it would be possible to use Paypal and have someone transfer money to your account?

If I'm not mistaken Surtur said on the launch stream that it will not appear on Steam in the near future, but could possibly do so further down the line.

Hi!

A couple of important points to help you out:

1) You should be able to choose Paypal as an option to pay. Paypal is a great solutionf or somebody like you, because you can just transfer money to your Paypal account to top it up, and pay from there.

2) If/when 30 Years War gets released on Steam, you will be able to use the serial number you receive from AGEOD, to get yourself a Steam key for free - so you will be able to add the game to your Steam library.

Ergo, no reason to wait. :)
