emm house rules

What are the standard emm house rules for CW2, and where can I find them listed?
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth.

So far, very few players use any house rules in pbem. The game as designed is the house rule.

Thank you Durk,

What game and AI settings do you prefer using?

This will vary a lot depending upon player preference. What I do -
I love, that is love, Veteran activation. This is magic for play in my view. Veteran activation was a genius move on the part of whoever came up with this concept.

I use default settings except for these:
I turn off auto-replacements.
I turn off easy supply.
I turn on replay.
Naval settings I am a bit mixed about. I use most often the far right setting, game does most of the work.
I have played with the traffic rules but so far keep very low.
I do use a higher level of delay in engagement, but like the default.

I have not played AI, so someone else will have to advise on that account.

Turn Athena's detection rate down, otherwise she loves to make
kamikaze attacks deep into enemy territory looking for light or
undefended cities.

The game is its own House Rule? I guess I've been led astray as there are a number of house rules I've used in playing VigaBrand and now GregVanM. I think playing Athena there are understandings of what Athena can do and you play to either use or ignore your advantages.

We co-host, with one hosting, then the other. [VIgaBrand hosted the games I played against him. That was ACW.]
No CSA transports in shipping boxes. [This is new and wasn't in the games of ACW played against VigaBrand]
Limited raiding options, except in 'home' states and the West. Must have a leader and a minimum number of units. Does not apply to irregulars.
No use of the mobilization prior to a certain time point.
Partial mobilization must precede full mobilization.

We also agree on the settings, as Durk noted. Right now I am playing GregVanM in 1.04 as we started the game with that version.

I think the other idea is that you build your own idea of what is a win. VigaBrand accidently eliminated an army under Butler. I was never able to recover, but tried to give VigaBrand a good game. It was my first PBEM. I was lucky to keep Washington, D.C. After all my losses, I considered that a win for the North. Clearly the CSA would have gained independence.

CW2 is so different from AACW. I really do not think house rules are needed.
Co-hosting is the only way to play CW2, so nice.
Raiding is not an issue with CW2 as it was in the mother game. The card options provide plenty of annoying challenges that raiding is superfluous.
I actually like how the mobilization options are presented in CW2, right on time. Same with Partial Mobilization. This is now presented first all by itself. No need for house rules.

I so agree with the idea of deciding what is actually a win is needed.
Just some thoughts.

1) Player A sends the *.hst + his *.ord files to Player B
2) Player B gives his orders and runs the turn
