This just started to happen and I reran the turn and got the same thing
again. No script report because the last one generated was about an
hour earlier. Here are the errors and the save with a log.

I made a change, called off the attack by my Montenegrin corps and was able to
run the turn again. Any chance that the Montenegrin leader can be fixed so that
we can add artillery to his corps? Currently if you break up his corps you can never
put them back together again, and he can never combine to make a corps with any
troops.
