Why does view on map move to different location

Can anyone help me? I only recently started playing American civil war but while having a go on full campaign everytime I end turn, the view on the map where I want to focus on. It moves to different location, hence not being able to view the outcome, and movements. :confused:

the map moves in case of battle, or each time an enemy unit moves, if you activated an option in the Main Menu (Focus on Move).
