new crash to disk

I'm afraid I'm getting a new CTD, it kicks in when my war with the Ottomans ends (so I have a clean in-war save but everytime I start a new run using that turn then the crash then starts once peace happens). its a bit odd in that all 15 days process, the ctd happens but if I reload, the turn that had just processed is there and perfectly ok ... I can even do another turn of orders and run them ... same sequence. Attached is last 2 turns and the log file.

just to add, this seems to have been sorted. Not sure if it was due to 1.03d (if so many thanks) or that I have ended all the end of war sequence with units being moved to new locations and so on.
