Does anyone know where the set up national unit replacement chits are located in the files?
I'm trying to find out why Russia has none for the Light Cavalry, as part of the Russian Light Cavalry bug.
I've found some odd upgrade paths for these Light Cavalry units (units given upgrade paths that leap a level - from Lit9 to Lit11 or from Lit11 to Lit11 for example) but without replacement chits I'm guessing that no matter how broken these upgrade paths are, once fixed they still wont upgrade without the chits?
Does the USA, France and the UK have Light Cavalry replacement chits available in your games?

The setups when you start the game should be in the Includes folder.

I checked these yesterday but had no luck. The most obvious one to me- the 1850 OOB has nothing, or at least I couldn't see it.
