Looking for Rebel (1.15)

I am looking for a Rebel for 1.15. I am a good player (not up to Manstein's level). I can play 2-4 turns per week (maybe a little faster during the upcoming vacation time). PM me.

I am not as versed on the Union side, and want to challenge myself.

OK, JPMartin. Do you want to host or shall I? I am open on house rules. I would prefer historical attrition, 1 redeploy, normal FI, small delay, Normal Naval, and no randomized generals, but am ok with other settings.
