Seems like Galveston and that other Texas port should be in the list. Or is this just intended as a sampling?

Wondering about the Blockade stuff

Did anyone get back with the Bluewater possibly only stopping 12%? Or is it still 40% with brown water stuff.

Also, that code for Warwick VA say 1. That and Norfolk both use the James Estuary.., so that would mean you block that you get 6%, but it only registers 5 when you block it.

I am not sure what that code is saying about Blue Water, but is it saying that it does not matter if you block just Atlantic and you do not have to balance it between Gulf anf Atlantic?
