How Many Henri Bouquets?

How many Henri Bouquets may one have at one time? I have five. Is he a generic general or this is not right?

Have you applied patch 1.06?

This was reported and corrected in the Interim Update at:

While this update is listed under Mods, it is actually "Work in Progress" that is to be included in the next patch....

Yes, for a while. This scenario was started under 1.06.
