Documenting changes

To document a change in a line in DB, use the 'add notes' in the cell.

and a neat trick I just discovered:

Cut [don't delete] the row, and paste it several rows below the last line if the page. Make any notes there to explain.

The csv splitter ignores everything past a blank row [discovered hard way when I forgot to remove a blank line after a cut/move]
