Wikki entry not fully correct

Mon Nov 24, 2008 3:27 pm

Hi

I hope I'm doing this right with the diagram.

In the Wikki not how to reference the page, but
heading: Experience
chapter: gaining experience
line five says: "currently, there is no way for players to know how many experience "points" elements or leaders actually posses prior to gaining a level."

But there is. If the picture attaches right you will see it on the mid right where the cav has one star of experience. If you put the mouse over the bar it tells you 5/15- which means you have five points and need another ten for next level. If the picture doesn't work all you need to do is click on the NATO icon and look at the experience as above.

fingers crossed

Until patch 1.09 or so, the exact experience points was not visible.

Wiki was made some time before that patch.

Nice job on the research

I have often wondered how to check to see if my units were "actually" gaining any experience.

Thanks for the post.

Hum, that's one of the things; there shouldn't be an "almighty keeper of the wiki"; anyone and everyone who sees something that can be improved and/or updated should feel free to just go ahead and do so themselves :)

That said, I realize that it's a threshold to diving into wiki editing; thanks for pointing out the error, BI. An updated wiki that at the very least has no incorrect information is a Good Thing :)

I didn't realise that conscripts could edit the Wikki. Otherwise I would have tried. But to fess up I was only looking for a chance to post my first attachment. :siffle:
