Changing WinLevel: ?!

Sun Nov 23, 2008 9:22 pm

Is there any way to change WinLevel by events, at any point in a scenario?

What's the proper Command syntax to be used?

I expect ChgWinLevel

or perhaps ChangeWinLevel

That's for events sheet Column C, and with new level enterd in Column D.
And yes, may be the faction in Column A......

Unfortunately I cannot catch out a working example of any of the two, (ChgWinLevel or ChangeWinLevel).....

Thanks in advance.

P.S.: (to Pocus) thank you very much for last 3 clarifications!

The command is SetWinLevel.
As the name says it does not change the WinLevel by a given number but set it to a new value.

Okay thanks.
I knew it from setup file, so we can use it with events file too.....

Look closely at setup:
It's a large, single event.
Always ask yourself: "Am I part of the Solution?" If you aren't, then you are part of the Problem!

So it means I cannot use that to change Win Level in the middle of a scenario.......
Is there any chance as regard?

What?

Of course you can.

An event is an event is an event.
Almost any commands in the setup are applicable in events.
All you need to do is experiment and try them. Then ask questions.
