Recursion, and that German dude (Euler, not Dooya)

But I'm just a dude, and maybe I'm wrong.

Yes, he was, me thinks. But after reading the last post of Lady Mae, I come to the conclusion that the greatest mathematician on earth maybe sitting in your kitchen cooking some jelly. :niark:

Let D = Dixiecrat
Let $ = Dixiecrat's money
Let c = coolness of shoes
Let p = price discount
Let j = days since Dixiecrat had to eat Lime jello with "stuff" in it

Let w = shoe-snatching wench
Let M = Aphrodite Mae
Let m = impact (mass*velocity) of stiletto-heeled shoes worn by M
Let a = cluelessness of shoe-snatching wench

Finally,
Let s = the cute shoes in question.

This obviously involves calculus, but I can't create integrals or derivatives with this font. So let's try to make a sweet little equation algebraically, ok? The range has an upper limit of $/(p/c), and a lower limit of j; but the situation is complicated by an undefined term:

w + m = Ouch, where "Ouch" is undefined.

After several manipulations that I won't go into, the equation simplifies to become:

(w + a) + m = M + s
Ouch + a = M + s
and thus,

M + s = D - $

Please notice that the shoe-snatching wench has been factored out of the equation. For obvious reasons, this equation cannot be simplified any further without becoming absurd. And we certainly wouldn't want that, would we!

Angular acceleration or angular momentum? If you meant angular momentum, that's celestial mechanics. All I was talking about was how Dooya was making my poor lil' head spin, talkin' about how he'd never read this but had thought that when reading whatever, and it was just all obvious-like that he was tryin' to confuse poor lil' ol' me. All those quotes just kept spiraling inward and downward in a way that led somewhere I just didn't want to go to!

Now, everybody understands! :p ompom:

No, no, I wasn't thinking of a rotation case. Furthermore, concerning "particle spin", I prefer this one...don't you ?

May I suggest an alternative solution ? Let's introduce :

H = umm, where is this damned Hellfire :siffle: ...yeah, I got it !

So, finally you have :
( M + H ) + s = D + $

( M + H ) + s = D + $ not working!

Do you mind Hellfire price?
The cost per missile is about $58000!

So you postulates leads to:
( M + H ) + s = D - ($58000)

 :mdr:

P.S.: the F was not for wrong solution, but for worst idea you suggested to AM: Girls are already dangerous for our cash when going after shopping, without need to call in "Hellfire jewels"! :neener: :D

AFAIK,
it's till to be denmostrated we have Ladies posting at these pages, any of them mostly looking as a GODDESS!

That's at first in the name: ATHENA, APHODITE MAE,.....

Secondly, with their posting: I already pointed out AM looks more as Wonderwoman rather than a sweet maid!

All that returns in great advantage to all we, rude men: the favour of a Goddess being the only thing raising men from their mortal to hero condition!

Did anyone try it?

In the past two days, I finally received in the mail my copies of AGEod's NCP & BOA2. :)

But I can't play them just yet. :(

Why? I've got some heavy duty AACW testing ahead of me this weekend (not to mention continuing my reading of a Frederick the Great bio in preparation for my work as RoP beta tester).

I have easily devoted 20X to 50X more hours modding and testing and researching and writing scenario backgrounds for games in this past year than actually playing the games themselves! :bonk:

<edit> ... not to forget hours and hours lurking and posting on this forum ... ;) </edit>

Without a doubt, I am insane!
