Is Sir Frederick Williams the British Corps Commander in Canada supposed to be Sir William Fenwick Williams?

I was doing a bit of research into the British Commanders so I guess his name was just misspelled. I'm also pretty sure that Lord Uxbridge is dead at the point of ACW He died in 1854 as far as I can tell theres no other lord Uxbridge but I gotta do more research. I'm just curious how did you guys come up with the British and French order of battle for the game? And the Commanders of the different forces?
