Misplaced serial.....

Hi there... I bought AACW a while ago and have been installing the patches as they have been released, now I am in the middle of a full campaign Pbem game and I decided to install 1.10c, after I installed this I had 2 errors, the first was that my army corps had no names, the second was that when I tried to move any unit I had a CTD.
I then decided to do a fresh install then upgrade to the latest patch, when I installed the game I couldnt find my serial anywhere on my hardrive, is there anyway to retrieve my serial?

this is not pirate copy!! is back up of my old game....but this isn-t problem!! whit vannilla version of game with my serial work good, after patching don-t work!! i could be want play game in italian.......

If your game copy is really legit, contact
ageod@support.com sending them your serial and your info so they can check if you are a real costumer and not a pirate.
If the former it's true, they will give you a new serial.
If the later is true, the solution for your problem is easy: buy a legit a copy of the game and you will have a working serial
