I bought AACW last year (online download) and have since installed the game on my new machine but cannot find a serial key to complete the installation as all my email is gone with the old machine.

Can someone please help or put me in contact with someone who can?

No, I just got the one email from you to update my account. Thats done.

The activation key listed on the email was for the website right? Just to be sure, I tried to use it as the key for the game just in case, but it told me there were not enough characters to be a valid number.

The serial key I sent you is for the game, it should work. Have you done a copy and paste into when prompted to enter it?

Yes, I did a copy/paste. (just tried it again)

The message reads: "your serial number does not have the expected length. Enter your serial number exactly as it is written on your validation card hyphens included".

hi i bought ageod's american civil war from the internet a while ago and have since bought a new computer. i did not have the foresight, howerver to write down my old serial key and it has been lost forever. might i be able to get a new serial key?

You should send a mail to support@ageod.com, containing all relevant details, i.e. information that can help identify your purchase; e.g. (approximate) date of purchase, your name, username for the download service, etc.
