I've got the mexican replacements available bug again (i had a quick look but couldn't find the last thread on the subject: where are you with this one?)

This is ok, I understand now what you see that. You can't buy replacements for them, but you get some from events, so they appear on the panel.
This happens in 1.06

This happens in 1.06 where I can see a mex yellow boxes on the replacements (F1 key?) however can't use the boxes.

What's annoying is that the yellow Mexican replacement boxes appear first - ahead of the CSA troops. Not really affecting anything functionally except that they're taking up prime screen real estate.
