Duplicate event bug???

I am on turn 65 as the CSA. I have received an event notice for "Confederate Naval Academy" for the last 4 or 5 turns. It's the same each time. Could this be a bug in the event system??

More likely a bug of mine in the event script :8o: ..I'll check this and fix it, thanks :king:

I notice that Fremont's quarrel with Lincoln occurs twice.

Also, "CSA invades Kentucky" seems to occur repeatedly.
