Purchasing the American Civil War

Been trying to purchase the American civil war with my credit card(which is good and current) but it keeps canceling my order when i finalize it. Why is that?

I live in the united states. Thanks ahead of time.

Strange, already hundreds of Americans purchased the game with their credit card and by download, which is the only available mean right now...
