Crashes when during start up

Loaded rc13 and it started fine. Exited the game and now it crashes when loading. Attempting to reinstall patch. If it doesn't work I'll try reinstalling from scratch, unless a better option is avaliable

Fixed. I think my shortcut on my desktop was broken. Loaded from execute and was good
