Lots of CTDs, but cannot Reinstall

Greetings all!
Old timer here who just tried to restart playing this wonderful game.
Problem is, I don't have the setup/install file anymore.....that was like 2 computers ago.
I moved my install via hard drive, but it's producing lots of winter texture CTDs. I tried changing texture and memory usage, but I think it's just not a good install anymore.
Am I able to acquire the install/setup file with my serial key? I still have it!
Whom do I contact?
