Got this in the mail on 8/25/11. Looks like support for AACW has changed!

True, we need people to address their issues on the AACW support forum now, so we can scrap more time developing new games.

Ethan, I had sent it an email to the old troubleshoot email address, and got that reply. Pocus is, I think, verifying that we should expect support on the forum for installation troubles, etc. (mine was a crash problem solved by a reinstallation).

I just thought it'd be nice to let folks know not to expect an email support request to work, but instead to post a problem here on the forums.

Ahh, OK, I understand it, Longshanks.

Well, if at least they solve customer's problems no matter if they do it via email or through the forum.
