won't install

just bought it...so annoyed. DL'd it TWICE. each time got some code 5 delete error that will never let me properly install it... i just wasted $20...yeah i'm running the futuristic OS called VISTA in 2011... jesus...

can't find direct x 9.0c on ms site-- or anywhere else... have been googling liek mad but all roads lead to mw which doesn't recognise search term directx v9.0c!!! any place else that might have it?
