Can't load saved games

im running the 1.15 patch and everything has been going great until the past few hours.

the game crashed suddenly and then i couldn't load my save games. the save and logs folders are empty and im honestly at a loss.

im running windows 7 with 4gb ram and plenty of space. never had any slowdown issues or anything like that before. any ideas?

ps. i guess i have bad eyesight because 95% of the time i can't read the image verification stuff on this site. could you guys look into something a little easier to read or perhaps a version that supports an audio verification as well? its really frustrating to try to search the site and being unable to figure out what that stuff says.

thanks for the quick response. i'll let you know if this works, but it might be a couple days because after i un-installed the game, i quickly realized that i didn't know where my cd key was and had to email support (done on the 13th, no word yet).

i found my key in another email account and i notified support that they can quit looking for it =P

a fresh install following your instructions worked perfectly.
thanks and now back to playing!
