I had trouble (as CSA player) getting my generals to form divisions, or corps. I continued playing, and eventually came to an event that allowed formation of both, so when I had some generals that wouldn't let me promote them, I waited to see if there was another event. But it's early 62 and still won't let me promote. I had no trouble promoting in original install, but I put patch 1.15 and now it won't work. I read that you had to seperate them out of the stack, but I tried and no luck? Is there an event that has to happen before I can promote?

never have any problem with promotion ! but to promote a general, you need first to remove it from the stack if it's not the major general in the stack.

I discovered also, when you have more than one general to promote in the same stack, if you promote the "header", all the generals are promoted in same time. So be careful or you will lost a lot of morale or victory points !

I also cannot promote any general since I moved to patch 1.15. Before I had no problem. I tried everything, having the general alone, at command range from the army, killing a poultry in the same time while singing vodou invocations. No way.

I cannot neither make corps with a 3 stars general close to the army leader since 1.15.
