Basiclly my generals are promotable one turn. Then after you process the turn they drop to being only 3 having earned points. This happens without any combat taking place. Or any other promotions happening. Is this WAD?

*= promotable

That is normal, they lose one seniority rank per turn in this case. You have to decide rapidly if they get promoted after a major feat, or have them drop back into the mass of un-promotable leaders.
