Here is the screenshot of the day that I first used the download manager to download the American Civil War game, and the date that I used it on (I believe that I downloaded the installer on the day I purchased the game).

You bought the game from Ageod.com or realnetworks.com? If the former, we can find you. If the latter, you must see with them.
