No partisans in pool

Thu Oct 25, 2007 2:40 pm

The event "congress passes the confederate partisan ranger act" Should add partisans and rangers to the pool, but it doesn't.

The only rangers unit that are there are the Texas Rangers which were from the beginning.

Checking the event, I see nothing wrong in it. If you have the game around, then send it to me as a single whole ZIP (with all turns), thru mediafire.com please, at this address: support@ageod.com

Pocus, I guess you mean the savegames et al, no?

Anyway, sorry, but I don't understand "thru mediafire.com" and at a certain adress. Could you elaborate or I just need to check the "stickies" in case it's explained there?

Edit, I mean, I follow this, right?:

In case of a bug or a crash:

1. Quit as soon as possible the game

2. Go to the folder AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Saves\.

3. You will find there the game you were playing. If you have several games with the same name, then its the one with the most recents files.

4. Zip the entire folder (of your game)

5. Add in the zip file all files you can find in the folder AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Logs\

6. Send the archive to support@ageod.com , explain in the mail what was the operation you were doing when the bug happened.

Yes, this is that, I will need your saved game with the buggy event. If the mail is bigger than 5 mb, then a site like mediafire.com can help you.

I was going to send you the files but I don't know which one use because this happens in all.

Am I right or not that the partisans and maybe other irregulars join the pool of both sides in any campaign game? Because until now, I think it has been like this in all the campaigns I have played and in any side.

However, although I get the message, I cannot see them in the pool nor among the irregulars nor among any other category.

If you would like a savegame, I believe the partisans message was shown in the very game I sent you through Mediafire today.

Also: In some campaigns I don't get the reported new HQ incoming to the pool. I get the message but they dont arrive to the pool.

In case this has relevance, I am playing 1.07e

The HQ problem is not, this is because you already have HQs deployed.

I got your files, thanks.

Not exactly. I had an HQ KIA at the beginning of the game, so it should(¿?) be a "slot free" in the deployment limit? Maybe the counter doesn't go back to 0 in this.
