Hotmail adresses problem

Thu Apr 12, 2007 9:53 am

WARNING

Due to some antispam and antipiracy filters active at our e-vendor partner, some hotmail adresses end up blacklisted. Customers will be allowed to purchase and download our new game AACW, but they will not receive their confirmation email (with the needed serial key) nor the corresponding invoice.

This is extremely hard to de-activate, to much random and slightly annoying. We hope we shall be able to fix it soon, but our recomendation for the time is that, if you are concerned, you use another email adress when processing the order.

Sorry for the inconvenience... :8o:

AVERTISSEMENT

Thank you PhilThib,

My activation e-mail was blocked by the Hotmail filter.
I found it in the Junk Mail folder.
That was after I put the support team through the trouble of tracking down my code. :o

Thank you for your quick and very professional service. Your small company sets the standard for customer support, even when it is our fault.

Well, as you long as you are happy with our games and trusted us by purchasing our products, that's the least we could do :sourcil:
