1. Here on the lower Colorado, the tide flows so far upriver that our seagoing transports get permanently bottomed trying to get out, morning noon and night. This lone transport on the Lower Colorado does indeed act as a far ranging permanent depot on water for SouthWest Texas but eventually it will die from non maintainence.
Problem: Transport refuses to move back out of Lower Colorado to the Gulf of Mexico but can go upriver.

2. This just in-----Lincoln bars Schofield’s promotion permanently. But I still get to pay the VP price for him staying at Brigadier. Schofield is very sensitive now and requests transfer to Des Moines to await retirement orders.
Problem: Schofield’s field promotion is denied but the request carries a heavy VP burden anyway and the reports are that Schofield has been promoted…..Schofield is prolly not coded to accept promos despite the info page. This has happened to me also in the March ’62 campaign scenarios.

3. Headline: Blockade in North Carolina called farce by New York Tribune. 19 brigs present and still runners are calling it home. Freeze Runner! (sorry I couldn't resist)
Problem: No matter how many blockade elements are present the tooltip says I need four more. This is a bottomless blockade in Pimlico Bay.
