Rebel PBEM Opponent Wanted

Fairly experienced gamer looking for PBEM opponent. This will be my first CW2 game against a human adversary. Have done well against the computer; hope to hold my own against a real person. Would much prefer to play the Union side.

I had a friend, which speaks not very well english and he will interested.
Did you want to make the host, should I be neutral host?

Unfortunately, I do not speak German. If you would not mind hosting, I would appreciate it very much since it could help with communication.

But I think, we only need rules and that's it.
