Revolution Under Siege

Hi, I am looking for a game of RUS. 3 player, GC.
I am open to most options, but i do have one requirement; the Siberian White forces trans Baikal at game start, the Cossacks and what not, must all stay Irkutsk and east.
They were not really 'Whites'. they were bandits or warlords, whichever title floats your boat.
