Clarification on the Automated Replacements: In a couple of my most recent PBEMs, I've made the experience that the game seems to offer the possibility to disregard the 5-10% of damaged elements replacement rule. Instead, only when the color red indicates a severly damaged unit, 1-2 replacements are bought. Combined with super-stacks (which I disapprove off strongly), this tactic seems to work. I think it highly ahistorical to have to buy no replacements. To avoid that, I'd like to try it with automated replacements. This would take replacement out of the players hands and simulate them being handed down by the War Ministry for example.
