Looking for an opponent for a game. Would like to to play as CSA, but I can compromise. These are the settings I am currently using:
Randomized Generals: No
Land force has large penalty if moved and inactive
1 general redeployment
Normal foreign intervention
Historical attrition
Small Delayed Commitment
