Rebel wanted when new patch released

Once 1.16 beta 7 (or whatever the new patch is called that addresses the retreat path issue(s)) is released I'd like to give a CSA player a run for their money. Full campaign, w/Kentucky add on.

House rules negotiable, but I prefer them not to be too onerous ;) .

I've a few PBEM games under my belt, FWIW.
