Henry Heth:

1. As a brigade commander at Chancellorsville, Heth ordered a reckless attack (see wikipedia entry). At Gettysburg, after starting off against Buford's cavalry, Heth allowed his division to get sucked into a large scale fight with the Federal I Corps. (This was contrary to Lee's orders to avoid a full engagement). Consequently, the "Reckless" trait is probably perfect for Heth.

i think we should lower heths strat and att ratings... whats the reasoning for a 5 and 3? should be a 3/4 and 2 imho.

3|2|1 and reckless sounds right. He was basically an average commander with a tendency to take rash actions.

Heth's strat rating is too high at 4. Reduce him to 3 and that's fine
