The game manual available was updated after the HQ/Division revision; are you thinking of something other than that?

The manual i left in Naples ITA was 1.09 v20. I wanted to know if there's a newly updated manual (i.e. wiki or pdf). That's all

The one published after the HQ revision is the most updated edition of the manual; I'm not aware of any later than that.
Wiki articles are hopefully up-to-date, but their coverage of topics is "intermittent".
