A quickie

I assume a positive foreign intervention value favours foreign intervention for the CSA -100 means it's no longer possible +100 means it will definitely happen?

Just want to make this clear in my head as at least one event I saw seemed to benefit the CSA but gave them a negative intervention score.

I think this should be made a little clearer in the game text.
Cheers, Chris

You've got it right, a positive is good for the CSA and a negative is bad. From what I have experienced in game, +100 fires the event for foreign interevention, whereas -100 means FI will never happen. I also believe once the score reaches either extreme it no longer changes after that. I had one instance where I had +100 already and received a negative score from an event. I then checked to see if it had moved on the reports, and it was still +100; and remained that way.
