Eh.... I'm a perfectionist, ain't I?

I just noticed on the whole map, flag controls are missing from *all* territories where there's a river harbor. Look at the SS. Luckily, the log shows when in such regions the MC is reduced to 0 but it would be nice to have the flags back there as if you forget to recapture...

this is a side effect of the display code, no flag are added if a structure is there...

Doesn't matter much, thanks to the log which says when a structure/region MC is lost. Also, the control filters help with color-coding. Just a minor thing...the problem is that the port has no structure-flag like settlements to. I would add one however, if possible.
