Amphibious Assault

How does amphibious assault work?

I can load armies onto fleets but when I click a region like Iberville LA it says one or more of my units can't go there.

Make sure that you have only selected the land units when you split the stack to move into Iberville; the naval units have to remain behind till you have secured the region.
