Winning a battle and being besieged??

why i have won a battle and after that i´m being besieged? what the hell is this??? :niark:

It is possible to be regarded as the winner of the battle, if you manage to inflict big losses to the others, compared to what was expected, and retreat. And you can retreat into the nearby city, if you were already in the region with the 'enter city asap' order.
