Blank photos for some generals

Inserted the new pack and Zolicer (SP) in Nashville shows up blank on the main screen. Can I fix this?

Until a new installer is posted the best way to fix it is by downloading and manually installing the attachment here.

Did I miss something here? I'm now seeing a blank general although I didn't install the new graphics pack? Do I have to install it? In fact now I have blank graphics all over the place! As there are two seperate downloads I assumed it was optional?

EDIT: It seems I have to use the new graphics. I think they are very well made but they just seem less sharp as I have said in the past. Is it possible to give a list of what files have changed so I can put the old default leader back? I'm probably the only player this will bug but I would prefer the same style throughout in the game.
