Some Items I Noticed (Nameless Div's and half strength Art.)

1. As USA in a PBEM game, a few of my divisions will not place the Division number (48th Division, etc..) in the Unit Icon and instead just a gray bar. Noticed this actually before 1.07.
2. I looked through the Art Mod. section but much to read there and this question wasn't clear to me --- Will this Mod., as part of 1.07, reduce the strength of the artillery elements? After 1.07, all my USA artillery is half red in the element view. This is a PBEM game in process.
1.07 sure seems like a nice addition! And hats off to the Modders also!! I love you guys in a wargaming sort of way.
