How does one build a HQ Unit? I looked throug the manual and know how it works with a General but nowhere can I find how to build one.

You will get a message once in a while that a new Army HQ is available in the force pool. Then You can select it in the "support" tab of the "reinforcements" ledger and build it like any other unit. If no Army HQ is available in the force pool, You can't build one.

If You are talking about Division HQs: Those don't exist anymore, the manual is outdated in this respect....

The online manual is up to date on that though

Even the most recent pdf-manual is up-to-date on division HQ's (I suspect that change was a significant factor in releasing an updated manual)

Yes, but me and this whole "online" business...

I'm old and short-sighted, I need everything as a hardcopy and in print, my 20x1 magnifying glass doesn't work too well with the monitor...

(and I'm a cheapskate to boot, so printing it out is out of the question as well... )
