I just received the game a couple of days ago and it is a huge timesaver.

Thanks from all future newbies!

Great job guys. Very useful stuff. Thanks for the effort.

I'll do a very small update tomorrow. Can anyone confirm that you have to be in a level 2+ city to get replacements and if so are you likely to get more per city level?

No wonder in +1 cities taking forever for my replacements. So must be +2 or greater? Still learning things on this game!

Yea that explains why they remained in the pool....which ultimately had made me think they were not being delivered or getting lost somewhere :)

This little detail is not in the 1.05 rev20 manual which should also be updated then (shouldn't there be a 1.06 manual btw? oh yea my third printed manual in 3 days i have the game lol)

Anyway, happy to hear the ref guide will be "patched" I just finished translating it into italian and submitted to the DEV :)

Maybe, and i say MAYBE we should start bringing the ref guide onto wiki, and publish it when revisions are complete on the boards here. The reason being self-explanatory : Wiki can be rolled back / patched more easily because every single changed line is logged.

Just my 5c.

Sorry to beat this to death. I find myself now sending big stacks to Level 2 cities to get replacements.

Will a Fort or Depot in a Level I city allow replacements?

Seems to be no reply from above. I am assuming a fort or a depot will always allow replacements as stated regardless of town size.

I guess it will, but at a reduced pace. It will take more time to fill up a unit in Level 1 city than Level 2 city.

Any chance of getting this excellent thread stickied or at least added to Wiki? If it is in Wiki, I am afraid that I could not find it.

Some small updates including an alphabetical list of abilities and at what level applicable (hopefully one day this will be obvious from the icon shape or colour :sourcil :) . Much of the guide will also be applicable to NCP (But there are many important differences).

Cheers, Chris
