1862 Campaign, CSA is is missing Ironclads in Pool in 1863

I'm in a game with GreenAlien playing the 1862 campaign, which is lots of fun, by the way. Looks like the ironclad build pools got dropped out of this scenario, we managed to get the USA ironclad pool working, but can't get the CSA one. Does anyone know the even description for this?

Added to my East 62 scenario.....[my version]
There should also be monitors in the West 62 scenario squadrons, but not the ability to build. Can't build in the west...

Edit: I guess I could add them by event....


Edit: checking entry dates of the other monitors.............
